This website is maintained by the Columbian Park Neighbors to promote our neighborhood and to keep our members informed of upcoming events and neighborhood news.

Columbian park neighborhood was laid out in the early 1900's to provide affordable housing for the workers for the new industry established on what was then the edge of Lafayette.  Today our neighborhood dotted is with bungalows and kit homes located in the center of town and convenient to everything in Lafayette.  Columbian Park which has gone through extensive renovation recently is still a main attraction for the community and the center piece of our neighborhood.  The houses in this older established neighborhood is home to retires, singles, couples and young families.  As a neighborhood association we invite you to come by and check us out.  We think this is a great neighborhood to live in!
